A stainless steel hose clamp is a type of pipe fitting used for piping system connections, usually consisting of two half-rings and a set of bolts. Stainless steel hose clamps have the advantages of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and good sealing, so they are widely used in pipeline systems in food, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries.
(1)Place the two half-rings at both ends of the pipe, so that the hose clamp is aligned with the pipe, and pay attention to the positioning of the half-ring.
(2)Use bolts to tighten the two halves tightly, paying attention to the moderate strength, so as not to cause deformation or rupture of the hose clamp.
(3)Check whether the hose clamp is installed firmly and whether there are any leaks and other problems.
(1)The hose clamp shall not have defects such as pores, sand holes, shrinkage cracks, etc.
(2)The material and performance of the sealing ring must meet the requirements, and there shall be no bubbles, impurities, cracks, uneven and uneven defects on the sealing surface, and aging rubber rings shall not be used.
(3)The moving distance of the clamp ring in the clamp is theoretically half of the expansion and contraction amount of the joint, and the actual amount should be measured, if it cannot be reached, it cannot meet the expansion and contraction requirements of the pipeline. In order to promote the sealing effect, the left and right end pipes are matched with clamps before leaving the factory, and the ordinary pipe should not be used to directly replace the end pipe in the actual project, and the perpendicularity of the end pipe end face and the axis and the flatness of the end face itself have certain requirements, and the expansion and contraction of the joint is greatly reduced if the size is not standard, and the use requirements cannot be met.
(4) The size of the diameter of the end pipe should be positive, otherwise the compression force of the clamp on the sealing ring is not enough, which will affect the sealing effect of the joint.
